January is National Soup Month
here in the US, and I’m ready to celebrate, with my favorite Instant Pot Soup
recipes! There’s nothing more comforting than a bowl of homemade soup to warm
you through on a cold winter night. And it tastes even better, when you don’t
have to put in too much effort into making it!
Here’s a collection of 11 easy
and delicious Instant Pot soup recipes, that are on rotation in my home. This
list includes our favorite vegetarian, chicken, gluten-free and vegan soup
recipes. These hearty and healthy soups are perfect for weeknights, as most of
them are Dump & Start recipes, and put dinner on the table in 30 minutes or
less.

of pressure cooking is unbelievable! And the best part is that it’s hands-off
cooking time. I get time to do other chores while dinner is practically cooking
itself! So let’s get this party started!
